  • Boundaries 101 Workshop

    Boundaries are essential for good mental, emotional and physical health.  They can help form the foundations of healthy relationships, and guide our perceptions and interactions with the world around us.

    Many of us are unsure of how to build and maintain healthy boundaries, and it is not easy for everyone to put themselves first.  Setting and keeping boundaries is a skill, and it is one that everyone can learn.

  • Fitness in 15 Class
    Fitness isn’t about how long you do it, it’s about efficiency and fun! You can improve muscle strength, bone health, and cardio endurance in 15-minute workouts!  Scientifically proven to equal an hour of fitness! All levels welcome.


  • Simply Strength Bootcamp Class

    This class for active agers focuses on strengthening the whole body using handweights and bodyweight. Strengthen and tone as you develop core control, muscle endurance and flexibility.

  • Seasonal Bookclub and Discussion Group Workshop

    Each season a new book will be announced. At the end of the season let's gather together with a cup of tea and discuss a great read! What did we learn? What gave us pause to think? What challenged us? Let's learn and share together in community.

About the founder, Victoria

Victoria has been working with clients, communities, families and workplaces for over 20 years and has helped thousands of individuals and groups learn and experience the benefits of wellness in both body, brain and connections.

Her mission as a coach is to guide you through this human experience and empower your mindset, brain, body and right relationships so that you can grow and evolve with each new chapter of your life.

Victoria started RECREO, a personal development & wellness company, based on the idea that we live life in chapters and we need support to write them ourselves, not just read them as we go along. Victoria believes that you can elevate and evolve your human experience no matter age, experience or the space you hold in the world.

Victoria holds a degree in Health from Queens University and is a certified life coach, nutrition & wellness specialist, personal trainer and award winning community wellness advocate. She loves to garden, read with her bookclub of 15 years and is an internationally decorated competitive masters rowing coxswain.
